Torziva Stock collects only the minimum data required to provide our inventory management service. This includes:

• Shop Information: Your shop domain and encrypted access tokens for Shopify API communication.
• Inventory Data: Product listings, variants, SKUs, locations, and current stock levels.
• Order Data: Order quantities and timestamps, strictly for calculating sales velocity and reorder suggestions.
• Business Contact Information: We collect your store's business contact information (store name, store URL, and email address) when you install the app, to send you product updates and occasional marketing communications about Torziva Stock. This is separate from your customers' data and is never sold or shared with third parties. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting us at support@torziva.site.

We do NOT collect, process, or store any Customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, addresses, or payment details.

2. How Data is Stored and Protected

Security is a core priority for Torziva Stock:

• All Shopify API access tokens are heavily encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption.
• Your data is stored in a secure Supabase database protected by Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring that your shop's data is strictly isolated and inaccessible to any other user.
• All data transit occurs over secure HTTPS connections.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We believe your data belongs to you. If you choose to uninstall Torziva Stock, our automated compliance webhooks ensure that all your shop data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstallation. We do not retain ghost data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively to power the Torziva Stock application and provide you with inventory insights.
